8am-

200mg caffeine/green tea

830am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

25gr Carnivore protein

fish oil

2pm-

1tbsp coconut oil

about 6oz of leftover beef brisket

about 6 thick strips of bacon

handful of raw almonds

about 1oz of gouda cheese

fish oil

Siberian ginseng

5pm-(preworkout)

300mg caffeine/green tea

9pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge chunk of grilled flatiron steak

whole avocado with lime, salt, and pepper

whole bunch of green and kalamata olives

giant handful of yummy salt and vinegar potato chips...not paleo (really, nothing but a cheat food), but it was a new kind we found at the store that is cooked in avocado oil. the real problem with any kind of chip is the oils they are cooked in. Still, a handful or two per week is all I would recommend. Good thing these come in small bags, and I had someone to share them with.
