20 MINUTES ALTERNATING SETS OF PULLUPS AND DIPS

NUTRITION:

730AM-

300mg caffeine/green tea

1 tbsp. MCT oil

10am-

2 Carnivor amino caps

12pm-

1 tbsp. MCT oil

about 8oz of leftover flank steak with some avocado oil on top of it for extra fats

2000mg fish oil (didn't really need this, I suppose because the meat was grassfed, but it doesn't hurt)

5000iu vitamin D

4-6pm-

Family get together at my aunt's. Obviously these things can be a nightmare for anyone that maintains strict nutrition. I don't think that very occasional family dinners are the time to be crazy about nutrition. Avoid what will make you feel sick, of course, but don't be a social outcast because of nutrition.

I brought a bottle of pino noir and some Kerrygold cheese mainly so I knew I would have something to snack on. Notice I also ate some steak and lots of fats earlier, so I wouldn't be starving and likely to jump into something like a bowl of potato chips. I also brought along 3000mg of fish oil to take with whatever I ate.

The end result was that I sort of snacked on some different things throughout the party, and sipped some red wines. Yes, I did get into a few potato chips, but not that many. And someone was nice enough to make some kind of gluten free ice cream cake (I know I'm not the only one who avoids it) and stuck a small plate of it in my hand. I wasn't about to be rude and turn it down, even though it is something I wouldn't touch otherwise.

Hungry tonight for some reason. Probably the extra junk I got into earlier. Activity wasn't that high today. I was craving some kind of carbs, so I steamed some kale and spinach and ate it will tons of butter and lemon. I also ate 2 medium baked potatoes with butter and grated cheese.
