5000iu vitamin D

9pm-

1 glass red wine

huge salad spinach, avocado, red cabbage, pumpkin seeds, etc, with homemade dressing

about 8oz of baked wild salmon

5000iu vitamin D

1030pm-

1.5mg melatonin, Zn, B6, Mg
