(It is really truly hard for me to every actually get a full "rest day." There is always a certain default level of exercise demos, equipment lifting, martial art technique demo, etc.)

caffeine/green tea
7pm-
beef liver tabs
500mg vitamin C
9pm-
3mg melatonin
(Experimenting by taking this earlier and skipping any wine at all. I usually cut these tablets in half.

1 tbsp. coconut oil
huge steak pan seared in bacon grease
large baked sweet potato with Kerrygold butter, fontina cheese, red pepper flake and shredded red onion
spinach salad with red cabbage, avocado, shredded carrots, red onion, pine nuts, and homemade dressing
4000mg fish oil
5000iu vitamin D
