Local-raised, grass-fed steak. Raised and slaughtered less than 5 miles from my home, cut and wrapped by a butcher 20 or so miles away. Want to talk carbon footprint? Very little packaging, hardly transported at all. Very humanely raised.
I would encourage anyone who eats meat to find a local producer and see what you can do to get yours from a local source. Cut out the middleman. I won't discuss what we paid for about 90lbs of premium beef, but let me just say I would have easily paid twice what this cost (on sale) at any big store.
Huge spinach salad to go with the steak.
400mg milk thistle. cod liver oil
fish oil
About 11pm I will hit the zinc, magnesium, B6 and melatonin.
