My weekly hill sprints.
Three 100%-effort hill "sprints" (250YD +/-) up The Hill of Death, after an 18hr fast.
I use the term sprint loosely. It starts as a good sprint, but the hill gets steeper and steeper, until it is not much more than a shuffle at the top. The run starts at the back of the truck in the picture and stops at the top, where I took the picture. Looks like Natasha decided to stop and take in the view on the 3rd round.
Lung burn!!!

Came back from the desert and pigged out on smoked wild salmon and cream cheese on rice and almond flour crackers, with some vitamin D and cod liver oil.
