Forcing myself not to do any other resistance training this week.

Without having to train 2x per day this week, I am back to snacking on some jerky and almonds for breakfast, with a tablespoon on coconut oil, fish oil, cod liver oil, and vitamin D.
2pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
5 strips of bacon
whole avocado
fish oil
cod liver oil
10pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
Steak and huge spinach salad.
Red wine
fish oil
cod liver oil
1145pm-
Zinc, magnesium, B6, and melatonin.
