leftover grassfed beef hamburger in a lettuce wrap with spicy mustard

handful of raw almonds

about 1oz of dried salami

4000mg fish oil

300mg caffeine/green tea

1 tbsp. coconut oil

huge kale salad with 1/2 a giant avocado, red cabbage, red onion, black olives, grated parmesan cheese and homemade dressing

1.5 cups jasmine rice with coconut aminos and coconut oil

huge chunk of wild cod baked in lard with kerrygold butter and lemon

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

1030pm-

melatonin, Zn, Mg, B6. after Epsom salt bath.

Been having trouble with a TON of inflammation the past few days. Cutting out the red wine is the first order of business. Not sure what is going on. Weight is up, soreness up. Going to start taking a multivitamin to see if that helps.
