Lazy for most of the day, but did get about 1.5 miles of walking in by deliberately parking far from exists during several hours of shopping with Stacey. I measured it on some iphone app.
I had some jerky and cashew nuts early with my fish oil and vitamin D.
About 4pm, I got to jump into my weekly cheat meal!
hit a Red Robin and dove into a yummy hamburger and a pile of fries. Screw portion sizes. I would be broken hearted if I couldn't totally gorge on these once in a while.
