Very rushed for lunch/1st meal. Had to resort to Carl's Jr. because I could get a hamburger wrapped in lettuce. Ate two of their low-carb burgers and took 4000mg fish oil

1 scoop Wired4 preworkout

930pm-

Hamburgers again! This time good ones. 

2, 1/2-lb grass-fed beef hamburgers on lettuce wraps with red onion and homemade primal mayo. 

3000mg fish oil

red wine

about 2oz of gouda cheese

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
