Wendy's triple cheeseburger and a baked potato. Strangely enough, I feel like the potato was more of a cheat than the hamburger. The hamburger itself only has about 47gr of CHO. The potato was at least double that, but I needed the calories.

About 12oz of pan-seared sirloin

huge spinach salad with 1/2 of a large avocado, red onion, feta cheese, and olive oil vinaigrette

whole bunch of aparagus spears pan-cooked in coconut oil with a little kosher salt

red wine

3000mg fish oil

 

About 1130 I will take 3 ZMA capsules, 3mg of melatonin and some Zumi roobios tea
