16KG-32KG X 5 (+1 rep Bodyweight only)
550 2-ARM SWINGS WITH 32KG. 20 SWINGS AFTER EACH GETUP, THEN AN EXTRA 50.
WEEKLY TOTAL SWINGS: 1,502
I never thought 500+ swings with the 32kg would seem like a light workout, but after doing all those timed sets with it, this seemed like a breeze.
This whole workout took about 55 minutes. This is as close as I want to get to long, slow-distance "cardio" training.
Back to the timed sets tomorrow and the next day.
