NUTRITION LOG (01/04):
Today was totally a junkfood day, and all about trying to take in tons of calories. I have to do something to keep weight on. All this extra Taekwon-Do training is already taking its toll. I weighed in yesterday A.M., preworkout, at 224lbs...Normally the A.M. weight is about 3lbs more than at night, so...I'd better start pigging out a little more, although the quality of calories has to be much better than today. Today was crap.

11am-postworkout
1 apple pie Larabar

2pm-double bacon cheeseburger with french fries

25gr Carnivore protein (I know almost no carbs...my bad)

Huge, huge plate of pork babyback ribs, salad and french fries
