FOOD LOG:
I only include the food log because I get questions every day about what I eat and what supplements I take. I find it very boring reading food logs, but here it is...
6:00- 300mg caffeine, 648mg Siberian ginseng, 648mg Korean ginseng, I usually take these with at least 32oz of water, and drink at least another gallon each day.
6:30- 50gr whey protein with BCAAs, 300mg fish oil, multivitamin, 2,000iu vitamin D.
9:30- handful of beef jerky strips, handful of raw almonds, 1 banana.
1:30- 1 huge grilled chicken breast, 2 baked potatoes with butter, grated parmesean and red pepper flakes.
4:15 (preworkout) 300mg caffeine, 648mg Siberian ginseng, 648mg Korean ginseng.
6:00- (postworkout) 1 banana, handful of blueberrys, 25gr whey protein
2200-
2 generous glasses of red wine, a merlot/cab blend
1 grilled zuccini with salt, pepper and grated parmesean.
1 grilled green pepper
2 gilled onion slices
1 sliced avocado, with lemon squeezed over it and cayenne pepper.
Salad with 1 huge grilled chicken breast, baby spinach, sliced onion and a whole tomato. Drenched in French vinaigrette.
300mg fish oil.
50mg DHEA
3mg melatonin.
