Giving up dairy will be really difficult for me. Being able to put cheese, sour cream and butter makes eating like this easier.

I know giving it up would be hard. That's why I haven't suggested it. I would rather see the cheese than sugars, of course. The only reason I bring it up is because it would be interesting to test it out and find out what happens without it. That is, if you want to be 100% strict, which isn't necessary. You do have to have some things you enjoy.
