  • 20 minute circuit of wall pushups and swings
  • First set of swings, one minute of hand-to-hand @ 20kg
  • Second & third sets, one minute of one handed swings @ 20kg
  • Rest of swings, one handed @ 16kg

8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, olive oil, jalapeno, onions

Two chicken habanero sausages

black coffee

1000mg fish oil, 1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

2000iu Vitamin-D, Opti-Men multivitamin

0.5oz 88% dark chocolate


Noon - 4:00p:

Five strips bacon

Three slices tomato

Several hot peppers

Iced black coffee

Banana

Purple Cabbage Slaw

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

400iu Vitamin-D, 1000mg Calcium

500mg Magnesium

 

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Banana

Six pimento stuffed green olives

Beef Pad Prik King (ginger, onions, peppers, snow peas, Thai long beans, bamboo, carrots, curry)

Steamed broccoli, squash, snow peas & carrots

One shot Smirnoff vodka

1000mg krill oil, 1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus
