  • Four, four rung ladders of strict presses & two-handed swings
    • Swings, ten reps @ 28kg
    • First rung of presses @ 24kg
    • Other rungs @ 20kg
    • One minute rest between ladders

2000iu Vitamin-D, Opti-Men multivitamin

0.5oz 88% dark chocolate


Noon - 4:00p:

Now super enzymes

60g After Glow post workout protein

Bacon, tomato, hot pepper lettuce wrap

Iced black coffee

Banana

400iu Vitamin-D, 1000mg Calcium

500mg Magnesium

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Banana

Roast beef, tomato, pepper lettuce wrap

Beef Pad Prik King (ginger, onions, peppers, snow peas, Thai long beans, bamboo, carrots, curry)

Steamed broccoli, squash, snow peas & carrots
