Workout:
  • 15 minutes man-makers, snatches & running to the end of the block and back
  • Snatches, 30 seconds each arm, about five second per snatch @ 16kg
  • Runs were not fast at all.  I'm not build for speed.  :-P

8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, coconut oil

Two chicken habanero sausages

black coffee

1000mg krill oil, 1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

2000iu Vitamin-D

 


Noon - 4:00p:

Nectarine

Banana

60g whey protein

Black coffee

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Banana

Red plumb

0.5oz dark chocolate

Small grilled steak & salmon

Steamed broccoli

Stir fried squash with butter

NorCal Margareta

1000mg fish oil, 1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus
