  • 12 minutes of
    • 30 seconds of snatches (each side) @ 16kg
    • 60 seconds stepping (relaxed pace)
    • Six rounds
    • 60 second rest between third and fourth round

Beef Pad Prik King (ginger, onions, peppers, snow peas, Thai long beans, bamboo, carrots, curry)

Steamed broccoli, squash, snow peas & carrots

2.25oz apple slices
Iced black coffee

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

400iu Vitamin-D, 1000mg Calcium
