    • Ten two-handed swings @ 28kg
    • Brisk walk down the street and back
  • Got in five rounds

Half of a large baked yam with butter (PW)

Banana (PW)

1oz 85% dark chocolate (PW)

2.25oz apple slices (PW)

Iced black coffee

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

400iu Vitamin-D, 1000mg Calcium

500mg Magnesium

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Fresh nectarine

4oz. Beef jerky

Crock pot chicken & onions

1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

Three ZMA caps

I expected about 5 rounds...thrusters and swings is a tough combination!
