    • Five incline pushups (off a dumbbell rack)

Noon - 4:00p:

30g whey protein (PW)

Half of a large baked yam with butter (PW)

Banana (PW)

1oz 85% dark chocolate (PW)

2.25oz apple slices

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

400iu Vitamin-D, 1000mg Calcium

500mg Magnesium

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Paleo beef stew with sweet potato, red cabbage, onion, garlic

Fresh nectarine

2.25oz baby carrots

2g phenibut, 3mg melatonin

Three ZMA caps
