Workout:
  • Five rounds of
    • Five thrusters, each side
    • Two sets of ten reps two-handed swings
    • First three rounds of thrusters @ 16kg
    • Last two rounds of thrusters @ 20kg
    • All swings @ 24kg
  • One minute snatches, each side @ 16kg
  • 45 seconds snatches, each side @ 16kg
  • 30 seconds snatches, each side @ 16kg

 

Previous Night's Sleep:

  • 8 hours

 

Nutrition:


8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, onions, garlic peppers, olive oil

Three strips bacon

Banana

Black coffee

2000iu Vitamin-D

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Small grilled steak

Small grilled salmon

Steamed broccoli

Iced tea

Squash, sweet potato, onion & peppers, butter

One piece chocolate chip mint ice cream cake (birthday, planned)

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Decaf iced black coffee

Six sausage links

3mg melatonin

1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

30mg zinc, 450mg magnesium, 10.5mg vitamin-B6 (ZMA)

Thanks Rachelle!  Heh. Jim as a way of pushing me harder than I would push myself.  Which is awesome!

 

Yeah, that is my wife's favorite ice cream. It was pretty tasty.  :)

Great job on your workout; you are getting strong! I have to say I'm jealous of your ice cream cake- I LOVE mint chocolate chip! =)
