- Big salad consisting of 1/2 a bag of Italian blend salad mix, 4 diced slices of deli ham, 4 diced slices of deli turkey, one boiled xtra large egg, julienne beets, a bunch of sliced black olives, a sprinkle of grated white sharp cheddar & a drizzle of ranch.

- A fat slice of watermelon

- 2 beef patties on the remaining 1/2 bag of salad mix, topped with grated white sharp cheddar & mozzarella, pickle relish, a sliced small tomato & buttermilk ranch
8:30PM
- Protein Brownie: 1 egg, one scoop of chocolate pb whey, 1T pb, 1T unsweetened special dark cocoa, 1 packet of stevia & a little heavy cream. Mixed in a coffee cup and nuked for 1 min
