- About 1/2 a cup of coffee with creamer
9:15AM
- 2oz (cooked weight) lean turkey breakfast sausage
- 2 xtra large eggs cooked with olive oil spray & seasoned with salt & pepper
1:20PM
- A thick sliced pork chop added to 3/4 of a bag of broccoli stir-fry and some sliced zucchini; steamed. Tossed with soy sauce, a little sesame oil & sesame seeds
4:40PM
- 52g chocolate pb whey with unsweetened special dark cocoa & cinnamon. Shaken with ice
7:15PM
- Leftover pork enchilada casserole on shredded lettuce and topped with sour cream ("Simply" brand. It's one of two that I've come across with no crap in it). My serving of casserole consisted of mostly a bunch of pork with cheese...not much corn tortilla left.
