NUTRITION:
9:00AM
- Protein Pancakes: 3 eggs, 1C full fat cottage cheese, psyllium fiber, truvia, salt, melted butter & unsweetened almond milk. Topped with half a small sliced banana & a drizzling of sugar free syrup (Only ate half of what this produced. Will have the rest this afternoon)
12:25PM
- Handful of plain almonds
- 2 slices of mozzarella with 2 slices of canadian bacon & 8 slices of pepperoni
- Greek yogurt with half a jazz apple, cinnamon, a little truvia, chopped pecans, chopped walnuts & a sprinkling of dark chocolate chips
3:15PM
- The rest of my breakfast with a little extra sugar free syrup
4:35PM
- 4 slices of deli honey roasted ham
6:30PM
- 26g whey + glutamine + 1T brown sugar
8:10PM
- A small chicken breast cooked in olive oil spray & seasoned with salt/pepper
8:30PM
- A serving of chocolate coconut milk ice cream
TRAINING:
5:15PM
- 20 Minutes Total Of:
- 15 Swings w/the 62 at the top of one minute followed by
- 10 KB Pushups at the top of the next...Repeat for 20 min
- 4 Rounds of:
- Box Jumps on a 24in box
- DBL KB Thrusters w/the 35s
