NUTRITION:
6:35AM
- Cup of coffee w/creamer
7:35AM
- 2 strips of bacon
- 2 eggs + 1/4C whites cooked in a tiny bit of left over bacon fat (just enough to coat the pan). Salt/peppered
- 1 bite of banana
10:35AM
- A little over 1/2C Greek yogurt with psyllium fiber, truvia, cinnamon, chopped pecans, a small amount of frozen blueberries & a little unsweetened almond milk to thin things out
1:30PM
- A pouch of smoked salmon mixed with a spoonful of sour cream
- Half a bag of broccoli, steamed & seasoned with Lawry's seasoned salt (ate most of it)
3:40PM
- 2 homemade gluten-free chocolate chip & walnut cookies (these were heaping tablespoon size)
- A scoop of chocolate pb whey in water
6:25PM
- Homemade chili (w/grated cheddar) & cornbread (a smaller wedge with butter)
8:10PM
- Some dark chocolate covered, chocolate filled black licorice
