Nutrition/Training Log: October 25, 2012

NUTRITION:

7:00AM

- Cup of coffee with creamer

8:30AM

- Protein Pancake: 1 egg, egg whites, vanilla whey, cinnamon, psyllium fiber, unsweetened almond milk, baking powder, 1/4c ground oatmeal. Topped with a few sliced strawberries & truvia

11:40AM

- 1C of cottage cheese with sliced cucumber & ground pepper

1:25PM

- Can of tuna mixed with a little mayo, a little chopped dates, chopped pecans & chopped celery

2:25PM

- A small banana w/a spoonful of natural peanut butter

4:05PM

- Scoop of chocolate pb whey in 8oz unsweetened almond milk + glutamine + psyllium fiber

7:15PM

- A couple homemade wiener wraps with mustard & a handful of fast food style french fries (Not the ideal post-workout meal, but I figure those carbs will be put to good use)

TRAINING:

5:20PM

- Barbell Front Squats @ 110lbs for 6x6

- Hindu Pushups for 8x10-12

- DBL KB Bent Rows for 8x10

- Ring Rows for 8x10

- Ring Pushups for 8x8-10
