Nutrition/Training Log: October 24, 2012

NUTRITION:

*My computer overheated and shut down while one of my kids was playing games. I failed to save my blog and lost everything. I can't remember times, so I'll just list off everything.

-Cup of coffee with creamer

- Protein Pancake: Egg whites, vanilla whey, unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, ground flax & vanilla extract. Topped with a few sliced strawberries & truvia

- Handful of plain almonds

- A Super Star w/Cheese from Carl's Jr

- The side salad left from lunch with a few sliced mushrooms added along with half a cooked chicken breast & ranch

- A scoop of chocolate pb whey in unsweetened almond milk & psyllium fiber

Chicken-Rice-Broccoli Casserole (minus the flour & subbed heavy cream and a little whole milk for the evaporated)

- 2 dark chocolate cherry cordials & 1 mini reeces

TRAINING:

- None...
