Nutrition/Training Log: October 23, 2012

NUTRITION:

7:55AM

- Cup of coffee with a little creamer

9:10AM

- Pancakes: Ground rolled barley, egg whites, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla whey, cinnamon & stevia. Topped with Greek yogurt mixed with slices strawberries. Drizzled with Walden Farms calorie free chocolate syrup

11:10AM

- Egg whites mixed a wedge of lite Laughing Cow cheese & ground pepper

12:35PM

- Ground turkey seasoned and cooked with minced garlic over a bunch of seasoned broccoli & cauliflower. Topped with a very light sprinkling of grated cheddar

2:00PM

- Blueberry frosted mini wheats with milk

8:20PM

- 2 beef patties over some Italian blend salad mix with a little ranch

- Half a small sweet potato with cinnamon & truvia

TRAINING:

6:30PM

- Heavy Swings w/the 70 for 10x10

- 4 rounds of Mixed Tabatas

  • Jumping Pullups/Ball Slam with a 25lb ball
  • Jump Squat/Knees 2 Elbows
  • 1-Arm snatch with the 35lb bell
  • Burpee Box Jumps
