- Sliced cucumber with grated low fat cheese, salt & pepper

- A bunch of coleslaw mix, sliced mushrooms, ground turkey and egg whites all cooked. Seasoned with salt, garlic salt, ground pepper & cumin. Tossed with half a diced avocado & salsa.
3:55PM
- Cottage cheese, vanilla whey, cinnamon, truvia, unsweetened special dark cocoa, egg whites. Mixed in a cup & nuked for 1 min
7:20PM
- Ketchum Combo Calzone w/a Diet Coke from Smoky Mountain Pizza (Unplanned "treat" meal)
