- Half a cup of coffee with a little unsweetened almond milk & sugar free caramel syrup
9:50AM
- Frozen strawberries, vanilla whey & stevia blended to form a soft serve ice cream. Mixed in a little ground rolled barley & crushed pecans
11:50PM
- Sliced cucumber with shredded 75% fat free cheese and seasoned with salt/pepper
2:00PM
- Salmon cooked in a seasoned tomato sauce & placed over seasoned cooked cabbage coleslaw mix & mushrooms
4:15PM
- Low fat cottage cheese, whey protein, egg whites & special dark unsweetened cocoa, mixed in a cup and microwaved
6:40PM
- Beef cooked with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, pineapple, garlic, fresh ginger & an with an Asian sauce. Placed over a very small amount of white rice and topped with half an avocado
8:35PM
- Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla whey, unsweetened shredded coconut all mixed together in a mug and warmed in the microwave
