Going to start posting again for awhile. Need to hold myself more accountable to what I am putting in my body.
Did 4 tabata sets this morning with my husband. Didn't put 100% into them. Knew that I would be doing another workout later and wanted to have my energy for that.
-Jumprope
-H2H swings with 26
-Burpees
-Mountain climbers/speed skaters
Took a green coffee pill 1/2 hour before I ate
Breakfast:
3 Turk Saus.
Cottage cheese with blueberries
3 fish oil capsules
WORKOUT:
10 rounds of 10 reps of double kb squats- Alternated with the 26s and 35s
less than 1 min rest between sets
10 rounds of 10 reps of elevated sumo dead lifts with the 62
less than 1 min rest between sets
400yds( I think) of walking lunges
Lunch:
1/2 can of chicken mixed with avacado over greenberg lettuce, brocc, cucumbers and carrots
small handful of almonds and piece of beef jerky
Dinner:
Chicken enchilladas
1 tortilla (had 25g carbs)
chicken breast mixed with sour cream and a little mayo
steamed broccoli
