    • 50g. Whey MRM All Natural Whey protein, cocoa
    • Handful of marcona almonds
    • 3g. Fish oil, 2000iu Vitamin D, 1g. Magnesium, 1g. Tribulus, 5g. Coconut oil (caps)
    • Black coffee
  • Noon - 4:00p:
    • Two habanero chicken sausages
    • Five Oberto classics pepperoni (gluten & MSG free)
    • Handful of marcona almonds
    • Black coffee
  • 4:00p - 10:00p:
    • Three Oberto classics pepperoni (gluten & MSG free)
    • Handful of marcona almonds
  • Black coffee
