It is a grain. I know people try to dress it up like something fancy, but it really is just that. Never been a fan of it and never looked into it much, actually.

The Cous Cous came with the meal, I tried not eating it but it kind of stuck to the chicken so I logged it since I ate it...

Looks great. Not a big fan of couscous, but it was well within carb recommendations so if you tolerate it well it shouldn't be a problem. Everything looks good here. I sure hope this fire season wraps up soon!
