Workout:

  • Two sets of five minutes of half-getups to knee @ 15lb.  One minute rest between sets.
  • One set of three reps of half-getups to knee @ 16kg.
  • Five sets of five reps of halos and goblet squats @ 16kg.

4oz. Steak

Green smoothie (Red swiss chard, spinach, strawberry, mango)

After Glow post workout protein

Two scoops blended protein

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Mixed grapes

7oz. Steak

Handful of almonds

Mixed fresh berries (Strawberry, blackberry, blueberry)

1oz. 88% dark chocolate
