Two sets of five minute of half-getups (kneeling position) @ 15lb. One minute rest between sets.
10 sets of 10 two-handed swings (rest between sets got a little longer towards the end)

8:00a - Noon:
Three egg omelet with bacon & onion
Noon - 4:00p:
Four pieces of dry fruit

Handful of almonds
4:00p - 10:00p:
Paleo Gumbo
Two Paleo balls
1oz. organic 85% dark chocolate

Green smoothie (three big leaves red chard, two big handfuls of spinach, whole apple, banana, 2T flax seed) - split with wife.
