Workout:

  • Five sets of five reps of goblet squats
  • Five minutes of half-getups.
  • Practiced the next step in the turkish-getup without weight

Notes:
  • Did a bunch of yard work and painting today. Back is feeling a little tweeked.
  • Hectic day. Nutrition was pretty messed up.
  • Didn't cheat, but didn't really eat the way I wanted to either...

 

Nutrition:

Water: 0.5 gallons

 

8:00a - Noon:

4oz. Smokey Davis Beef Jerkey

Hand full of almonds

Four pieces of dried fruit (apple, pear, peach)

Two paleao bar balls (meatball sized)

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Two paleao bar balls (meatball sized)

0.25lb organic hamburger patty (plain)

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

2.5oz organic 88% dark chocolate

Three figs rolls in unsweetened coconut

Three egg omelet with onions, jalapenos & steak (cooked in coconut oil)

Mixed fruit (melon, blueberries, grapes, pineapple)
