Playing around with some intermittent fasting this week.  

Worked out in fasted state. Two hour fast after workout.


Workout:

 

5x10 H2H swings @ 20kg

5x10 Swing & release @ 20kg

One mile (19:22) treadmill walk/run

5x20 One handed swings @ 20kg

Black coffee 

Fast

 

Noon - 4:00p:

60g Optimum Vanilla Whey, 1 cup coconut milk, two teaspoons Rapunzel organic cocoa powder

Black coffee

2g. Magnesium 

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Two eggs, onions, peppers, olive oil

Four sausage links

24g Optimum Vanilla Cream Whey, 24g Optimum Banana Cream Whey,  1 cup coconut milk, two teaspoons Rapunzel organic cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon creatine

One organic gala apple

Two organic, grass fed hamburger patties

tomatoes, kale, grilled onions

Six large baked sweet potato fries, ketchup (organic, non-HFCS)

0.5oz 88% organic dark chocolate

Handful of organic raw almonds

1g. Tribulus 

7g. Fish oil

4000ui Vitamin D

August 2012 goal: One strict press, each side, with the 32kg!
