  Rungs 1-3 @ 2x20kg

  Rung 4 @ 2x16kg

One egg with onions, peppers & olive oil

One chicken apple sausage

Black coffee

4g Fish Oil

1g Tribulus

4000iu Vitimin D

1g Magnesium

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Mongolian BBQ (beef, chicken, no noodles)

Banana

Black coffee

Two scoops MRM All Natural Egg Protein

4g Fish Oil, 1g Magnesium

1g Tribulus, 2000iu Vitamin D

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

C4 Extreme pre-workout

60g AfterGlow

Two large meatballs (grass fed organic beef)

Apple

Homemade coconut larabar

0.5oz 88% dark chocolate dipped in almond butter

Red wine

4g Fish Oil, 1g Magnesium

1g Tribulus, 2000iu Vitamin D

3g Melatonin
