1g Tribulus, 4000iu Vitimin D

1g Magnesium

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Beef Pad Prik King (ginger, onions, peppers, snow peas, Thai long beans, bamboo, carrots, curry)

Steamed broccoli, squash, snow peas & carrots

Banana

Black coffee

60g Optimum Vanilla Whey, 2T Rapunzel organic cocoa

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Grilled steak, grilled mushrooms

Baked chicken breast

One pork rib

Five french fries

Steamed broccoli

One small coconut cookie, One frosted brownie 

Unsweetened iced tea

Apple
