8:00a - Noon:

One egg with onions, peppers & olive oil

Four sausage links

Banana

Black coffee

5g Fish Oil, 3g Coconut Oil

1g Tribulus, 4000iu Vitimin D

1g Magnesium

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Citrus chicken, grill veggies

Apple

Black coffee

60g Higher Power Cookie & Cream Whey, 2T Rapunzel organic cocoa

5g Fish Oil, 1g Magnesium

1g Tribulus, 2000iu Vitamin D

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Small grilled steak

Grilled salmon

Maison butter

Grilled squash with a few chunks of sweet potato

Steamed broccoli 

Handful of almonds

1oz 88% dark organic chocolate
