60g Optimum Vanilla Whey, 1 cup coconut milk, two teaspoons Rapunzel organic cocoa powder

2g Magnesium 

1g Tribulus

5g Fish Oil

4000iu VitiminD

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

One egg with onions, peppers & olive oil

Three strips bacon

Black coffee

Celebration meal, son's birthday.
