- 2 cups of coffee with a "single serving" creamer
- 1C plain greek yogurt with 1/2C fresh peach slices and cinnamon (Didn't experience adverse side effects with this combination. So that tells me the yogurt isn't the culprit...Yay!)(This morning I used up the last half of the loaf of spelt bread to make french toast for my boys. One didn't finish his second slice, so I did. Was about 1/2 a slice worth)
- 1/2lb grass fed beef patty seasoned with pepper, on lettuce with tomato, pickle, mustard, a smear of mayo & a slice of sharp cheddar
- 5 steamed broccoli spears with butter
- 24 raw almonds
This evening ended up containing an unplanned cheat meal. Was up in Ontario with my dad and my boys and he took us out for Chinese. It wasn't buffet style, so no option for really anything healthy...An hour later it was followed with a small sundae from DQ.
Sooo this week was pretty hit & miss. BUT, I got the spelt bread out of the house and some cravings out of the way...Tomorrow along with a new chance on a more solid diet and the beginning of the October Snatch Challenge , I should be off to a great start!
