FOOD LOG:

 

7:25AM

- Cup of coffee with creamer

8:45AM

- 3 egg cheddar omlette with cooked yellow zuchinni and tomato. Seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic powder 

12:00PM

- Can of yellow fin tuna mixed with mayo, celery, walnuts & raisins

2:40PM

- Protein Shake: 25g vanilla whey, 1 tsp psyllium fiber, 1C unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, banana extract, ice

- Handful of raw almonds

5:30PM

- Two 4oz salmon fillets cooked in butter and seasoned with salt & pepper

- Romaine salad mix with a few tomato slices with Ranch

 

Tonight we had a little 1st birthday party for my grandson (yep, I'm a Gramma!) and while I thought I would just cut a slice of cake and freeze it for this weekend, it didn't happen that way. What can I say, I'm a sucker for birthday cake!

Yes, it was tasty....BUT, the way I look at it, I just crapped all over an otherwise awesome nutrition day.

Oh it's possible! I have a nearly 21 year old step-daughter. She has an almost 3 year old daughter and her son just turned 1!

I was dissapointed in myself and I anticipated more control. Darn it! Oh and this was just a vanilla cake with whipped cream frosting from Albertsons..so nothing real special. But it was good! =)

There is no way that you are a Grandma! WHAT IN THE WORLD?!?!?!?!   I am a sucker for cake too. Especailly when it has rainbow chip frosting on it! :)
