- Another cup of coffee with creamer
- 3 egg cheddar omlette, cooked in coconut oil, seasoned with ground pepper and topped with tomato slices
12:30PM
- 2 pieces of an california roll with a little soy sauce
- Can of yellowfin tuna (no soy!) mixed with mayo, 1 sliced celery stalk, raisins & a handful of chopped walnuts
2:50PM
- Celery stalk with almond butter
- 3/4C 2% cottage cheese with cinnamon & nutmeg
5:30PM-8:00PM
- Sliced meats & cheese, mixed veggies with ranch, shrimp with cocktail sauce
8:00PM
- Raw almonds with raisins
