- 1C steamed california blend veggies with butter
- Beef patty topped with mayo, mushrooms sauteed in butter, pickle, tomato & wrapped in 2 lettuce leaves

- 1 square of Girardelli 72% cacao dark chocolate

- 1C 4% cottage cheese with a whole vine tomato and ground pepper

- 37g vanilla whey with cinnamon & 2.5g of glutamine

- Can of tuna with mayo, celery & raisins

- 1/2C plain greek yogurt + 1/2tsp sugar free lemon jell-o gelatin (this is FAB when you need something sweet & you get good protein!)
TRAINING:

- Double KB Front Squats with 26s (4-1-2 tempo): 6 sets of 10
- Walking Lunges: 160 yards
- Reverse Lunges: 50 per leg
- Snatches: 160 with the 26 & 80 with the 18
