FOOD LOG:
7:30-8:45AM
- 2 cups of coffee with single serving creamers
9:00AM
- 3 egg cheddar mushroom omlette cooked in butter
- 2 small flourless pumpkin pancakes with a little butter and 1T table syrup
1:00PM
- Taco Salad: Iceburg salad mix, 1C grass fed ground beef with hot taco seasoning, grated cheddar, 1 whole vine tomato, 1/2 an avocado & hot sauce
3:40PM
- Pumpkin Protein Smoothie: 1C Coconut milk, 6T pumpkin puree(straight pumpkin, not the pie filling), 2tsp pumpkin spice, one packet of stevia ( 2tsp of the spice was a bit too much...And at the rate I'm going with this pumpkin kick, I will be totally turning my nose up at the sight of pumpkin pie come Thanksgiving!)
6:00PM
- 1 fried chicken breast from WalMart
- About 1C honeydew melon chunks
- Taco: Seasoned beef on a small corn tortilla with cabbage & hot sauce (At 11 carbs for the tortilla, I could afford it. I double checked this time!) =)
8:00PM
- 1C plain greek yogurt with 1/2tsp sugar free lemon gelatin
