FOOD LOG:

 

7:10AM

- Cup of coffee with 1tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup + 2T 2% milk

9:20AM

- 2 Vanilla Protein Crepes with 2 slices of bacon wrapped in each crepe (SOOOO Yummy!)

- A 3rd crepe, plain

1:30PM

- A large banana dipped in a glob of almond butter with cinnamon and a little unsweetened cocoa powder mixed in

4:00PM

- Chicken Salad: Huge chicken breast seasoned with Mrs Dash Chicken Blend-oven baked, spinach, romaine, 8 baby carrots, 1/2 an avocado & ceasar dressing 

6:30PM

- Big bowl of spaghetti squash with a homemade meat sauce & a little sprinkle of parmesan

- 1 artichoke heart

9:00PM

- Cup of nonfat cottage cheese with cinnamon

 

TRAINING:

 

12:30PM

- 300 Snatches with the 26: Completed within 50 minutes

- 200 more later in the day (2,000 Remaining)
