FOOD LOG:
7:00AM
- Cup of coffee with 1tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup + 2T 2% milk
8:50AM
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 egg + 1/2C whites seasoned with ground pepper & a light sprinkle of salt cooked in leftover bacon fat
- Sliced green zuchinni also cooked in leftover bacon fat- threw on top of the eggs and topped with a little grated cheddar
12:10PM
- 2 cans of tuna mixed with chopped lettuce, pickle & mayo
3:20PM
- A banana & a glob of peanut butter with a heafty dose of cinnamon mixed in
- Half a red plum
- A diet sugar-free "Wired"
6:20PM
- 3/4 of a skirt steak, marinated & BBQed
- Salad of lettuce, beet slices & an oil/vinegar dressing
