- Cup of Lipton "Vanilla Caramel Truffle" tea (this is in the form of a teabag...not some sugary drink)

- 1 fried egg
- 37g chocolate whey protein (consumed on the way to the gym)
9:10AM
- Scoop of "Six Star: Pre-Workout Ignition"
11:20AM (Post-Workout)
- 1/2C oatmeal with a scoop (25g) of whey protein & cinnamon
2:40PM
- Some tortilla chips with salsa (husband made it with a can of habanero tomatoes, so it was too hot for me!)
5:00PM
- Taco Salad: Spinach, iceburg salad mix, grated cheddar, tomato, 1/2 an avocado, a little ranch & hot sauce
6:30PM
- Another smaller bowl of taco salad, minus the tomato & avocado
TRAINING:
9:10AM
- Double KB Front Squats: 5 Series
- 5 reps with the 35s
- 5 reps with the 44s
- 5 reps with the 53s
- Elevated Sumo Deadlifts
- 3 sets of 10 with the 70
- 2 sets of 10 with the 62
- 2 sets of 10 with the 53
- 200 Snatches with the 26 (3,000 Remaining)
